Welcome to SWAYAM-NPTEL Online Courses and Certification!

This a 8 Weeks course will begin on 23rd January, 2023.

CONTENT AND ASSIGNMENTS

Every week, around 2.5 to 4 hours of videos containing content from the Course instructor will be released along with an assignment based on this. Please watch the lectures, participate in the course as scheduled, and turn in all tests and assignments by the deadline.
Your regular participation is important for learning and doing best in the course. This will be done week on week through the duration of the course.
Please complete the assignments without assistance, and if you do, please make an effort to learn from it.
The assignments provided for you helps in the preparation of exams.
If plagiarism or a violation of the honour code is discovered during the assignment submission process, it will be treated seriously.

Only communications from the instructors and teaching assistants of the course will be posted in the announcement group. These messages will be about the classes, homework, registration for exams, hall passes, etc.
Everyone is welcome to communicate and ask questions in the discussion forum (under the Ask a Question option on the portal). Anyone with the information can comment to any post, and the course teacher or teaching assistant can address your concerns as well.
Please make maximum use of this feature as this will help you learn much better.
You can submit any questions you have in the forum section regarding the exam, registration, hall passes, results, technical questions from the lectures, worries about the assignments, etc.

CRITERIA TO GET A CERTIFICATE :

Enrollment in the course and use of the course are both free. But, in order to receive a certificate, you must register and take the proctored exam in person at one of the authorised testing locations.
The exam costs Rs. 1000 only.

Morning session : 9am to 12 noon

Afternoon Session: 2 pm to 5 pm.
