About Swayam NPTEL 

NPTEL SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active-Learning for Young Aspiring Minds) is a joint initiative of the National Program on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) and SWAYAM, which is an online platform created by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

The main aim of NPTEL SWAYAM is to provide free online courses to students and learners across the country in various disciplines, including engineering, science, management, humanities, and social sciences. These courses are offered in the form of video lectures, online quizzes, and assignments.

A. After the Completion of the Exam, you Can get in most Probable in 2-3 Weeks . 

Q. When NPTEL registration will start 2023?

A. The Registration for the New Courses Will be Opened in the Month of January, May and in the month of October. 

Q. What happens if we fail NPTEL exam?

A. If You Failed in the Exam, you can get to re attempt it when the courses are released again. The Assignment Scores for the Courses will be remain same, You Can Attempt the Final Protocored Exam. 

Q. Does NPTEL refund money after passing exam?

A. No. NPTEL does not refund it back after Passing the exam. But you can get a chance to return back your amount. The Nptel Swayam is Providing a Chance for Minorites and Bc's to get the refund of the Whole Amount. 

Q. Are NPTEL certificates useful?

A. Yes. Of course They are useful. They help you in showing your Skills and building up your Resumes.

Q. Do we have negative marks in NPTEL?

A. No. We don't have Negative Marks in the Nptel Exam.

Criteria To Get Certificate

• AVERAGE ASSIGNMENT SCORE >=10/25 AND EXAM SCORE >= 30/75 AND FINAL SCORE >=40

• BASED ON THE FINAL SCORE, Certificate criteria will be as below:

1. >=90 - Elite + Gold
2. 75-89 -Elite + Silver
3. >=60 - Elite
4. 40-59 - Successfully Completed
